cramps at 22 weeks
im 22 weeks and 4 days and every now and then i have these like menstural like cramping its not super severe but it comes every now and then maybe once or twice a day it seems to be mostly in my back but also in my abdomen. i see alot of stuff saying cramps are a sign of something bad?? does anyone have any thing that might help me not worry?!?
