What time does your LO go to bed?

Question

I've been putting my daughter to bed at 8-8:30 at night - she seems fine with it and sleeps until 6:30 with 1 or 2 wakings during the night to feed. But I keep reading that she should be going to bed earlier, more like 7pm. Should I  start putting her down earlier?
Also, she never naps more than 40 minutes at a time at daycare so she's still taking 4-5 naps a day, which is apparently also out of the norm. But she's always happy and content so... 🤷‍♀️

There’s no right or wrong time.  Just so what works for your family.  I start my LOs bedtime routine anywhere between 7:15-8:39 depending on his last nap and how tired he is.

She falls asleep naturally between 830 and 930 so we just go with that. Usually she’s out by 9.

I’ve put my LO to bed at 7:30/8 since 5 weeks and he has slept through the night since (no night feeds either) however, his naps were awful and it was that 7:30/8 was too late so now he is down in his crib by 7 and he sleeps until 7/7:30am and naps 3 times a day and are usually between 1-2 hours a nap.

I recently read that babies get a surge of cortisol after 8 PM, so that’s why a bedtime before then is best. We’re struggling with it too. My son usually goes to bed around 830 but we are gradually trying to push it earlier. Currently we are going to bed around 7:50 PM
