Ive been having lots of abdominal discomfort, lower back pain and it’s kind of uncomfortable in my abdomen when I pee I’ve noticed. Went to the doctor 2 days ago and UTI test was negative but she ran it for a culture to make sure. Well got  those results back today and it’s clear. My entire mid section feels sore and hurts, I have no idea what’s going on. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it’s negative. Period due in 5 days. Any experiences with this?

I had a similar feeling. Tested negative for a UTI. 
I passed a kidney stone a week later.

This feeling does happen early on with me in pregnancy, but it’s usually right at the time my period is due.  With my oldest I asked my friends mom if I had a UTI because it actually was uncomfortable if I had to pee.  I didn’t even have to be holding it.  Every time I had to pee I felt lower abdominal discomfort until I peed then it was gone.  No pain or burning upon urination.  I had it this time too and still do sometimes.

I felt like I had the worst uti I ever had one week before I tested positive lol I rarely get them so I thought it was really weird I’m not sure if it’s connected or just so happened to be how it happened for me but that was my experience 🤷‍♀️
