Contraction Pain

I’m over 38 weeks pregnant, few days to go before I hit 39 weeks. The last few hours I’ve been getting contractions every 5-10mins apart lasting 20-30 seconds with lower back pain and the usual Braxton Hicks. No sign of waters breaking or mucus plug yet. Am I getting close to Labour or are these all normal symptoms of late pregnancy? I don’t know what to really expect, please advise x
