Mucus plug??

I'm 9 weeks pregnant with risk of miscarriage due to an incompetent cervix. I had this when I wiped is it my mucus plug?

I was told by my on that at 9 weeks your plug is microscopic and you wouldn't be able to tell if it came out or not. Iv had this discharge my entire pregnancy and I'm 18+4

I think it’s just discharge that early but even if it were part of your plug, it regenerates.
