Honestly, we haven’t had sex but maybe twice since I’ve been pregnant. I’ve tried to initiate it on a few occasions but he pretty much declined. Anyway, I’ve been asking him to have sex for the past couple weeks to see if it’ll help induce labor since I really don’t wanna be induced later this week. He keeps declining. He says it’s because I’m in too much pain and he wouldn’t be able to concentrate if I’m complaining. I told him I’m only really in pain when I first get up after sitting or laying down for a period of time. I asked for a quickie but he can’t do quickies 🙄. Has anyone else’s spouse declined to help self induce?

Edit: Yes, orgasms help but my doctor told me so does the semen. It softens the cervix. That’s what I’m looking for.
