Cramping when urinating

I'm 39 weeks and 4 days today.

I just started having some back cramps 2 hours ago, they aren't very serious and come and go. My last labor started off like that so I'm sort of waiting that out.

What I'm worried about is when I urinate I get really painful cramps. It happens after I finished passing the urine and lasts only a few seconds. Anyone experienced something similar? I have been getting some cramping after urinating for the past couple weeks. Not sure if it is a uti or something else.
