Hand foot & mouth?
It started out as the few small bumps on his hip area and then I noticed this morning it’s completely covering his legs and it’s starting on his arms too. His pediatrician said if he doesn’t develop more bumps or show signs of illness then they’re probably bug bites. But he definitely broke out in a whole rash.
