How much in a bottle ?

Hey Mamas,
I’m getting ready to go back to work in a few weeks and will have a nanny in for 3 of the 5 days and the other two I will be working from home. 
For those 3 days I am wondering what size bottles for my girl to have. I have a bunch of frozen milk so would 150ml bottles be good or should I try for 200mls? She is good taking at bottle but she still BFs all day so I’m not sure what size bottle she would take for a full day time feed. Any advice? She will be 6 1/2 months when I am back at work.

I'm in the same boat, my baby is 24 weeks and I'll be going back to work at the start of next month.
It's a bit of a pain but I have been expressing to give him one bottle at mid morning when he would have one at daycare, so he gets used to the routine.  He drinks 190-230ml at this feed, but only around 150 if he has a second bottle during the day. I think he would happily have more if it was on offer though. 
His daycare has a freezer so we can stash some extra milk there in case he needs it, so for you having the freezer stash at home will probably give you some peace of mind. :)

My daughter will be 6 months on the 21st and she drinks 180ml during the day and 240ml at night right before bed. Id go with 180ml to be safe.
