Chemical again ? ☹️

I’m 5 days late now, tested positive on digital clear blue Thursday. On Friday I had a qualitative hCG blood test and was negative. Today in the morning BFP

But since 1 I have been spotting brown. I don’t want to go through a chemical again 😭. Saturday night I had strong backache. Been having tender breast and nausea which I didn’t have any of these symptoms with last month chemical.

Has this happen to anyone ?

They said to go tomorrow for hCG blood test but quantitative where they can actually see the hormone count.
