I’m 18 weeks and I’ve had a headache for about 4 days I’m ready to literally cut my head off, paracetamol isn’t touching it what can I take that’s stronger?

Ask your dr about an ASPRIN-FREE migraine relief. Upon dr’s recommendation I took excedrin tension headache relief (acetaminophen+caffeine) and it was the only thing that helped
