Did anyone else have a loose vagina?

Has anyone else experienced a loose vagina after having their baby? I thought your vagina goes back to normal… I’m 12 weeks PP and just had sex for the first time and I felt so loose… my husband felt it too.

The vagina is a muscular canal with elastic tissue and the surrounding supportive muscles/bones etc. change to accommodate vaginal delivery. All these require time to heal and fuse back to their original state. There's minimal change from its original state and you're not "loose" it just feels different by perception.
Do kegels to retrain the muscles but honestly the term "loose" doesn't make sense because the vagina is a large muscle with its elasticity changing depending on whats happening and during sex you're relaxed so the muscles will relax. Kegel exercises will help strengthen the muscles.
