I’m so desperate for answers bc of how bad the pain is.

I gave birth last night, no medication or anything. When it came time to push I pushed really hard. Later in the evening, I began getting excruciating pain on my right side (near my hip) belly area.

They did ultrasound and found nothing and now they’re just giving me painkillers to ease the pain but they don’t know what it is. Has anyone experienced this before?

The doctor ruled out appendicitis btw
