Asthma & Diffusers
I have used a diffuser in the past and been careful about which essential oils I use. My son has asthma and we have a newborn now so I know I’ll be even more limited which is fine, but I can’t find consistent information online. Some things say don’t use a diffuser at all for asthmatics, and others have blends specifically for asthma. Anyone know websites or approved information sources to help me?
