Anyone think they can convert this recipe into cups/teaspoons/tablespoons?

I have a German friend who eats this bread and said it went well with something they like, so I planned on making it just as he plans to try one of my favorite foods, but I don’t have a food scale :c

I would really recommend just getting a scale. Baking is very precise and especially for something with fresh yeast (which will be very difficult to measure in tsp) your end product is probably not going to come out how you want it. But if you reeeeeeally want to try, here you go
8 cups flour
13.5 tsp fresh yeast
0.5 cup sugar
4.25 cups milk
0.6 cups raisins
0.5 tsp salt
7.05 tbsp butter
