I would really recommend just getting a scale. Baking is very precise and especially for something with fresh yeast (which will be very difficult to measure in tsp) your end product is probably not going to come out how you want it. Anyone think they can convert this recipe into cups/teaspoons/tablespoons?
I have a German friend who eats this bread and said it went well with something they like, so I planned on making it just as he plans to try one of my favorite foods, but I don’t have a food scale :c
