Is my baby ready for weaning/food?

My daughter is 22 weeks but how do I know if she’s ready to wean? She has really good control of her head and neck and can sit with little support, however, she cannot sit up independently yet. Please share you comments and experiences on weaning. Thanks!!

6 months is recommended by the AAP, WHO and other health organisations. Google the signs of readiness, I can’t remember them all but 6 months, sitting independently for at least a minute and lost the tongue thrust reflex are done if the signs that they are ready for solids
