It's common for new babies go get a bit of irritated skin once they're born. When they're in your womb there in a sterile environment so once they're born they have to adjust :) looks perfectly normal but getting a professional opinion wouldn't hurt when it comes to babies

Just looks like a bit of dry skin, try some baby moisturizer a couple times a day and see if that helps.

Look at those cheeks!! So cute. I would say that’s just skin irritation. If it doesn’t go away I would definitely see a doctor.
