I have a something I need an option on

I got my second ear hole pieced with a gun of course it didn’t heal at all even after 2 times the time. I know you shouldn’t use one. If I wanted to get it done right could I still get it done where I wanted to originally or would I not be able to repierce the same place? I’ve never done anything to have to redo piercings so I’m not sure if it’d be something that’d work. I know it’s kind of a stupid question but where it never healed at all and bled every time I took it out should I even think about retrying? I got it done in probably 2014 maybe so it has been awhile since it was attempted. I do have a daith piercing at 18 (now nearly 21) and that took about a year to be completely done and able to change jewelry no problem. My body heals very slow with certain things so I’m wondering if it’d be a good idea to try again and just wait it out or not. Before anyone asks yes I do ALWAYS follow care instructions on piercings and even kept doing care for the whole time I tried to get the second lobe hole done.
