I’m 22 weeks pregnant & have been experiencing discomfort down there, it’s been feeling extremely swollen & tight. I’ve had a look & the scar wound from my cut & stitches that had healed up from my last pregnancy has pulled open & is extremely red. That side of my vagina is also big & swollen with varicose veins. Apologies for TMI. Is this normal? Should I be worried about giving birth if this has already happened at only 22 weeks?
