Is this normal!? Warning maybe tmi

So I’ve had this several times now and I just would like to know I’m not alone in this cause I feel so embarrassed when it happens. So some days on my heavy days if I sneeze my tampon will like pop out and have bled through it (super tampon) as well as a pad before I normally would have changed them out and it doesn’t feel like it’s needed yet. (Usually changing like every 2 hours.) Is this normal? It’s also happened before when working and I’ve gone to lift someone. (I used to work as a CNA) I know this very well might be tmi but I’m really just hoping I’m not alone in this.
