Pelvic floor issues are never normal. So while acceptable, its not normal to pee yourself. Fit2b has great exercises to strengthen and heal the pelvic floor, even in pregnancy. As well as The Tummy Team. Check them out! This is my 10th pregnancy, 8th baby and I never pee myself.  I work hard to keep a stable and strong pelvic floor and as women, we deserve that. Our bodies go through enough that embarrassing things like peeing yourself shouldn't be relegated as normal.
