On Thursday I supposedly started my period I just noticed some spotting so I thought I was getting my period but the whole day i didn't bleed at all and on

Friday I just noticed alitte bit more blood when i wipe only happen once and after that I didn't bleed the whole day and Saturday didn't bleed at all I only bine having pink spotting and discharge and some cramps on legs could it be implantation bleeding??could I be pregnant?
