A little advice; new perspectives appreciated

I could make this very long and drawn out but I'll try to keep it "short." I have to schedule my first US for 6 weeks. My OBs office refused to do it, even after my doc assured me he would. They even went as far as to say I'd have to come in for a pregnancy test even though they have access to my bHCG (which is clearly positive and done at their hospitals lab) because it wasn't "called in by them." Normally I understand protocol but they were also supposed to do my IVF retreival and FET monitoring and also backed out of that, on top of telling my I wasn't a patient earlier this year because they didn't transition my paper file to their new system last year..... so, this was kind of the icing on the cake.

I could go on and on about how much the office sucks (dating back to 2018) but I'll spare the details. This sucks because I really do like my doctor. I am hesitant to go with a another doc in that hospital just based on how they operate after a 2018 transition (new scheduling service, days for lab work results; weeks even, days for a call back on a question, etc). I know every office can be different so I'm trying to check my bias.

Anyway. Do you guys think 1 hour is too far for an OB and delivery? The clinic that has been doing my monitoring has been so nice and accommodating so I'm thinking about switching to them but to one of their satellite offices that's closer to my house (still about ~40-50m).
