We do sushi bowls. I throw some jasmine rice in my rice cooker, grill some type of meat (fish, shrimp, etc.), then chop any veggies from the garden. It's super easy.

My family has been enjoying the dutch oven pulled pork I made recently. It takes 4 hours to cook in the oven but that's all passive cooking. Minestrone is super easy and goes great with crusty breads. Baked chicken thighs cut into cubes mixed with rice and baked beans is also a family favorite. We recently tried making jackfruit BBQ pulled 'pork' sliders using Hawaiian sweet rolls and OMG they're AMAZING. The meal my kids call "the hotel breakfast" which is egg cups, sausages, bacon and a sweet bread like cinnamon rolls or scones or donuts(the sweet breads take the longest to make but you can always just buy them instead). Soups are great for colder nights. Homemade pizzas are fairly quick, the site biggerbolderbaking.com has a recipe for 15 minute pizzas which we use often and everyone can customize theirs. Hot sandwiches with homemade fries or a fruit salad are also fun. We do toasted hoagie rolls with melted provolone cheese on them, and heat up some roast beef strips in a bone and beef broth with cracked pepper in it. Then we add the meat to the hoagie rolls and add cornstarch to the leftover broth to thicken it a bit for dipping. My family loves it and it's really easy to pull together.

baked ziti is soo easy! cook some beef, season & add tomato sauce with your ziti noodles & put cheese on top & bake.

Lol. Husband hd chicken burritos. I buy rotisserie chicken and add taco seasonings and spices. Tortilla, sour cream and salsa … and bam 💥 😎. Hes good.
