Vaginal bleeding

I have a question for everyone who is pregnant or has been pregnant, Has anyone had vaginal bleeding (more like bright spotting) and had a successful pregnancy? I’m currently suppose to be 5 weeks today and last night I noticed that I was having some bleeding. It kinda stopped but this morning it’s happening again. I have a pad on but nothing seems to be on it. It’s only when I wipe and when I use the restroom I could see it in the toilet. I’m having what I think are cramps but it feels more like a burning sensation. I’m not sure what to think.
