Cigna OAP woes

This might not produce anything productive, but WTH.

Does anyone here have Cigna OAP insurance (ex. employer funded, no DED no COINS, Just copays and then 100% coverage)? I’m having trouble with my in-network prenatal visit coverage - My doctor/offices are in-network and my other normal, yearly visits have all been paid - but it appears my visit to confirm pregnancy “wasn’t allowed” according to my EOB. I worked in claims for a doctors’ office for 5years, so I know the BS that comes along with coverage but don’t know how to fix it on the outside.

I want to get ahead of this before I start going to monthly (and eventually weekly) visits. Thanks!
