Holy freaking cramps.

Hello, I am 36 weeks and have had diarrhea for 3 days and losing mucous plug, this morning I woke up to what feels like constant period cramps as if I'm about to start any moment as a normal period feels.

Contractions not steady yet but definitely coming occasionally here and there but the cramping stays. I'm already 3 cm dilated, I have an appointment at 10:45 this morning so I'll be getting checked out luckily but just thought I'd ask while waiting if anyone has experienced similar and the outcomes.

Also it hurts like hell to even walk as if my whole pelvic area is bruised and sore.
