Razor bumps down there

I get them so bad! Why is it only down there? Is there something I can put on it to help with this? Obviously not lower or in there lol. I just don’t get why they are so bad I use soap just like I shave the rest of my body and it doesn’t happen anywhere else. Help! 😩
