Symphisis Pubis Dysfunction?

Has anyone experienced SPD starting in their second trimester of pregnancy? I haven’t been diagnosed with it yet but I’m pretty sure it’s what I’ve got wrong with me.

It seems to only flare up when I go jogging (which isn’t super often because I am trying to avoid the flare up). I went for a jog yesterday morning and only a few minutes in I had a bunch of pain on my pubic bone, so I resorted to just walking the rest of the way instead. For the rest of the day I couldn’t walk without being in pain, then went to bed and could not sleep it was so bad, went to get out of bed the next morning and could barely move, couldn’t get dressed without being in pain, couldn’t sit on the toilet, then I go to work where I am sitting in a desk chair all day and I’m in pain.. finally goes away after a few hours tho and it’s not hurting anymore now.

I have an appointment Monday to see a chiropractor, but I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue before, if you saw a chiropractor and if it helped, or what you did to ease the pain?

I need to exercise while pregnant, I’m trying to stay healthy for my baby and not gain any excess weight (outside of the normal baby weight gain).
