While I realize it varies by state, I was wondering how you could get a referral to someone who will do a breast reduction. Some days it feels as if my chest is sore from just carrying ✨ the girls ✨

I would like to go down one or two cup sizes since I am 5’1” and a DD in some bra brands. For me personally, it’s become more and more difficult to manage DD boobs. I’ve made a decent amount of lifestyle changes in the past few months where I feel that if I did get a reduction I would be able to keep the girls down

As a side note, has anyone been able to go down a cup size through weight loss? Some women see a difference, others don’t. My mom maintains that since boobs are fat they should be the first to go, but this hasn’t been the case for me 😞
