4 year old with depression and anxiety ?

is it possible for a toddler to have depression and anxiety i noticed signs of anxiety for sure when she was around 2 but at 3 she sometimes would not even wanna get out the bed sad and crying even though the rest of the week was so fun and eventful she is now 4 and i don’t see it going away her dad suffers from both anxiety and depression .

How would i go about getting her any kind of help or is there any kind of help she can receive ?
