How to get some energy back 9 weeks pregnant
So I haven’t had horribly symptoms besides just being exhausted and basically feeling hungover (dizzy, nausea, headache). Basically all day every day. I also am having aversions to basically any healthy food besides fruit. So I’ve been eating a lot of carbs and cheese. Anyway, I feel like I’m in a rut, I know it’s normal in early pregnancy, but I barely have the energy after work to run a load of laundry and make dinner. Then on my days off I find myself laying in bed until I absolutely have to get up.
I have an exercise bike I’ve been trying to motivate myself to ride at least 2 miles on every day but my body just feels heavy and exhausted. Plus moving around too much makes my nausea and headache worse.
Any help to get motivated and get my house clean and kind of feel like myself would be great.
