Is he creepy or am I over dramatic

Last time I posted something similar to this on here a lot of people said things like “no there’s nothing wrong with this your just trying to start a problem where there isn’t one”

I work in construction and this guy who’s currently working in the same building as me keeps telling me to smile almost every time he walks by me. It makes me really uncomfortable especially when he says “smile for me” like why?? Why would I need to smile for him??? Another time he mumbled something and I didn’t hear so I was like “huh?” And he was like “I’m joking I’m joking I just wanted to see you smile”

Idc Telling a person to smile just cause you wanna see them smile is kinda weird I don’t care if you think I should “learn how to take a compliment” if it’s something that bothers me. If this was you, would it bother you too? I’m curious to know if others are bothered by this or if I’m just sensitive
