Sore breasts and nipples

So here in the last week or two my breasts and nipples have been sore my period is supposed to start in 2 days. I have 2 kids already and these were pregnancy symptoms I’ve had with both pregnancies. Before and during my ovulation this time around me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex multiple times(sorry if it’s tmi) and I’m not having my normal period symptoms at all usually I have the lower back pain but haven’t had any of that whatsoever my periods usually last 5 days and my cycles are 28 days. Any help on rather I may be pregnant with baby #3 or rather it’s something else???!! Thanks in advance
