Hormones 🙄

Okay I'm not a moany, easily upset kind of person and this is my first pregnancy.

I've hardly had any symptoms so far (I'm 13weeks) and I havent really felt upset or hormonal, just my normal self with the added job of cooking a bun.

I woke up the other day, had breakfast, washed and started to get changed in the bedroom when my partner came in.

(Bearing in mind its his first child too so this is new to both of us)

He looked me up and down like he usually does and said to me

"oh my, I can tell you're pregnant!"

I said "well, how? I don't think I've got much of a bump yet"

And HE replied 😡 "oh no I mean, your nipples have gotten HUGE. It's crazy how much they've grown!"

I replied with tears and a LOT of them. To which he felt guilty for but also didn't know why I was crying because he knows under normal circumstances we would've just had friendly banter and laughed it off 🥴

But no, you would've thought the world was ending with the amount I cried.

He didn't know where to put himself and couldn't apologise enough... its gonna be a long 6 more months 🙃🤣
