So I met my husband at a church camp over 5 years ago. Got married in July 2020. In February over our birthdays I found out I was pregnant with our first. June 2021 my 10yo little sister had told my mom and I that my husband was sexually doing things to her. So right now there is an investigation going on. I am no longer with him and have had no contact with him since I left him. Well I had my son in September and he reached out through email that he wants to be adults and do a disillusion and that he wants to see his son. He most likely is going to jail. But I meet with my lawyer tomorrow and I’m trying to figure out do I try to get child support or just let him not have to help pay?
