Do you always have pms?

So I've always had regular periods and the usual pms every month for years now.

I always had sore and tender breast, tiredness and grumpy, 2 weeks prior to my period.

But last 2 months I've not had any pms. Is this a sign I'm not ovulating. I coincidentally stopped doing opks 2 months ago due to stressing.

This month, 2 days after my period ended I noticed some ewcm with a faint streak of blood. But its far too early to ovulate, isn't it? I usually test positive on an opk about day 11.

I did stop smoking 5 months ago, so maybe it's that what had stopped my pms, I don't know.

Is it normal to suddenly stop pms?. I just want some input from you lot.

Unfortunately I can't go to my GP as I've reported them for been negligent and I'm a bit scared to show my face so I'm sending my self crazy.
