Spotting and moving periods

Hey all, I’ve been on the same BC for 3 year. I’ve spotted a few times over the years and usually it’s just brown discharge. I never miss a day, and I have never been really late taking it. It’s 2 weeks before my period, I had some period like cramps that’s I chopped up to my lower back hurting but yesterday and today I’m getting little spots of blood, I’ve never spotted that “heavy” I guess.

Also my periods moved days. I start my placebo on Sunday, I didn’t get my period until Wednesday, then Thursday then Friday then back to Wednesday then it moved to Saturday.

I will admit, after I lost my job I was taking BC about an hour later than usual, so I figured that’s why but when I got a new job, I went back to the old time and it stayed at Saturday and it’s really freaking me out

Any ideas why this is happening?

I have a gyno appointment on Thursday so I’ll ask but like wtf
