4 months together & moving in

I’m 39 I’ve been divorced for 3 years I recently started dating someone for about 4 months he makes me very happy & we think we’re ready to move in the only problem here is that my kids still live with me I have 2 daughters in their early 20’s and both told me they will be moving out once he moves in this makes me really sad but I need think about myself & future
