TMI nip pic- pumping help please!!!

I just started pumping milk for my baby. I was going to try to let it dry up but it was so painful that I gave in and pumped so now I figured I’ll try it. After pumping today (and getting hardly any relief) I noticed this on my nipple. It looks like watery under my skin? What is this and what can I do for it?
