Missed miscarriage - could the doctor be wrong?

So i had my first ob appointment today to be told that I stopped developing at 7 weeks (I should be 13 weeks tomorrow). I have no pain, bleeding, nothing that shows a sign. Has anyone been told this and then found out the doctor was wrong. They did multiple dopplers, as well as an internal and external ultrasound - all with no heartbeat.

I went through the same. Had a great checkup at 12 weeks, went back at 16 weeks and baby measured 12+3 with no heartbeat.
I’m very sorry, but you have had a missed miscarriage. There should be a heartbeat even at 7 weeks and it’s very unlikely that you miscalculated dates by 6 weeks. I’m so sorry, but I’ve been there and it’s best to stay away from denial, accept what has happened, and start processing and working through it. 
My first was a missed miscarriage and I went on to have a healthy daughter and am now pregnant again. Good things are still headed your way! I’m so sorry for your loss.

I had a missed miscarriage, the baby stopped growing at 5 weeks and I didn’t have the miscarriage until around 10 weeks.

I went through that in June. Sadly, the doctor was not wrong. Not either of the 3 I went to get opinions

Sadly I went through the same , I had the same questions as you and even went for a second opinion but sadly the doctor was right 🥺 I hope it’s different for you but if u ever need someone to talk to im here
