Hi. Can anyone please guide me what happens at 6 week checkup after delivery. I had a vaginal forcep delivery and got 2nd degree tears and stitches. I am first time mom so i dont know what to expect.

Do they put anything (fingers, speculum) inside vagina to check? Or just touch and see vagina from outside? Or what do they do? Do they push on uterus? What to expect? And how do they check? How much time it takes?
