Blood clot size of a tennis ball

I’m 4 days postpartum and my bleeding had been regular like a normal period. Right now I got up and felt something coming out so I rushed to the restroom and it was a blood clot almost the size of a tennis ball. I’m freaking out, do I go to the emergency, call my doctor or is it normal? I’m a ftm.
