That could be from acidity in the back, acid reflux, maybe try changing up your diet, sometimes you get bumps on your tongue when your stomach is full of crap, and you need to poop, but the ones in the back are usually from acidity, if you drink a lot of coffee,  Pasta sauce, pizza or anything that has acidity to it, you burp a lot and sometimes food comes up, that’s probably what it’s from. Try changing up your diet, pineapple is another one that can cause a lot of acidity, can also break up your mouth and your lips and things like that your tongue as well, take a look at what you’re eating, or drinking. And try changing up your diet, gargling with warm salt water, can help with any kind of infection,￼

I’ve had that, never knew what caused it though. They always would just eventually go away🤷🏼‍♀️
