Snooping is not something I do, I hate it. I would never do that to my partner. 
I love him so much and trust him wholeheartedly! 
I would be deeply offended if my partner wanted to look through my phone.

Refused as in like freaked out or threw a fit? Yeah probs a red flag. But I think it’s weird when people ask to go through their partners phone in the first place or when they snoop. I wouldn’t want him combing through my phone either but I don’t have anything to hide. I’ve not been in a cheating situation and my husband would never so Im biased here, but if I couldn’t trust him enough that i would want to go through his phone I probably wouldn’t be with him

Ummm, you have to do what’s best for you and your relationship. In the past, a guy I was dealing with wanted access to my phone all the time. I didn’t mind occasionally when he would ask for my phone and have my phone to do anything. But, when he would ask for it to go through it because he just needed to and wanted to for his personal reasons or feelings. I always refused, because I wanted my privacy and whatever entitlement he though he had over me I wasn’t okay with it. For the most part I wasn’t doing anything, just a little flirty which I didn’t care if he came across honestly because so was he. I gave him the same exact energy he gave me 🤷🏾‍♀️ But, now in my current relationship with the past that my boyfriend have and his infidelity, I definitely know all of his passwords and etc and goes through his phone when I have that feeling. If I ask him for it, he does get upset but he still gives it to me. But, I haven’t done that in years. I usually wait until he gets pissy drunk, which is when he sleeps the hardest and go through his phone if I just have that feeling. Usually I don’t find shit, just a little flirt here and there and then I go to flirt here and there too 🤷🏾‍♀️ So it really depends. But, I would love a relationship where I honestly didn’t care about looking through somebody phone. But, in my past when I wasn’t concerned the guy was always cheating and it just took me way longer to find out. So I do what I need to do for me and for my comfort 🤷🏾‍♀️
