Mother in law

I had a growth scan yesterday as my fundal height was measuring 4 weeks behind. (Measuring 29cm at 33weeks) anyway baby is in the 50th centile and estimated at 5pounds 1 oz already so he’s definitely not small. They told me baby wasn’t big or small but my mother in law came to visit yesterday where my partner told her all about it and she said “are we expecting a baby elephant then?” And I honestly cannot get the comment out of my head🙄
