Please tell me if there is a better group for this. I just joined.

I miscarried last week. I was 14 weeks along. We were having another girl (according to the NIPT). My children were so excited to have a little sister. Now, we don't know how to explain to them that she's gone. We have a 6 year old daughter, a 5 year old son and a 3 year old daughter. Any advice for speaking about this to them, would be appreciated.
