Blood thinners

I’ve been prescribed to take these blood thinner shots due to a blood clotting disorder I have called protein C deficiency. I’m now 15 weeks pregnant and just starting these I’m scared of needles to the point where I pass out I can’t even get flu shots ect because of this can any mama who is taking blood thinner shots show me a video of how my spouse can do this I’m extremely scared, nervous and been crying all day over this. I haven’t had a blood clot since I’ve been 19-20 years old I had one in my left lung I’m now 28 and been fine and had no problems. I just really need help.
