Discard temperature?
I tend to be a restless sleeper, and last night I had one of those nights where I never got 3 hours of consecutive sleep. I temped at my normal time, but I know I was tossing and turning and half awake several times before that. My BBT was significantly higher than it has been. Do folks recommend discarding the temp since I wasn’t truly at rest, or should I still keep it in the mix? Thanks for any advice!!
