(TMI PHOTO) 🔞🔞🔞Pimple? Boil? What is it??? Kinda panicking

So I have a red spot/dot/pimple/boil/ or anything that it could, a bit ways above my clit but not so far it's on my mound. It kinda hurts and when I try to move my (vag)lips to see it better it hurts, if I leave it be though it's fine. It doesn't itch either and there is not strange smell. Also there is still excessive amount of discharge or CM but some one said it's from your vag cleaning itself out naturally which I didn't know so I try to ignore it now. But yeah please someone help me with this whatever it is I'm actually getting stressed about whatever it could be. I have to many health problems going on to have to deal with something bad down there too

UPDATE REAL FAST: So I have been to the doctor to check on my lip and she said I have the Herpes Simplex Virus. As my panic self I asked if it was the STD and she said it was not. It was Strands 1 + 3 which is fever blisters and cold sores. She said strand 2 is the STD which I asked twice and she said I DO NOT have it. Don't worry I made sure, that's something I wouldn't need to worry about. She prescribed me medicine and by ten days things should be healing up
